Clubhouse Reserved Dates - Clubhouse Renovation notice

The clubhouse renovation is scheduled to begin early January 2024. The clubhouse will not be available for use during this time for safety reasons.  If you would like to reserve the clubhouse, the contract is located under the Association Documents Tab. Once you have completed the application, and submitted using the link below, please contact Real One Property Management via email, for approval and next steps at westwood3@realonepm.com.

Home Beautification Trophy

We are thrilled to share some exciting news with our community! In the spirit of recognizing and celebrating the dedication of our homeowners to enhancing the overall beauty and aesthetics of our neighborhood, the board members have decided to introduce a special award. 


Your board would like to recognize the ten (10)  finalists for the "Westwood 3 Home of the Year 2023" trophy.
We'll honor all ten (10) finalists and present the trophy to the overall winner at the annual homeowners' meeting/election. This will be held on Monday, January 22nd, 2024, at 6:30 PM in our Associations Clubhouse.
Make sure you're there to celebrate the hard work these Homeowners do to maintain their beautiful homes.    


Let's come together to celebrate the beauty of our neighborhood and the efforts of our fellow homeowners!
