Gazebo Reservations

The use of the Gazebo area is for residents only.

 

  1. Reserving the gazebo is free. 
  2. Fill out the reservation request below 
  3. Maximum reservation time is THREE hours per day. 
  4. Maximum number of guests per party is 20. 
  5. Westwood Community Homeowner, in good financial standing, must reserve the gazebo and attend the event. 
  6. The use of outside equipment is prohibited, i.e. bounce house, slip and slide, tents, generators, etc.
  7. Homeowner is responsible for all event guests, clean up and trash removal.

Clubhouse renovation Progress Photos

    Estimated Completion mid-April

    The old floor and stage have been removed and treated for the new flooring. The ceiling has been completed, and new sealer/paint has been applied. The walls have been painted, and once the floors are installed, new baseboards and wall plates will be installed. The renovation will be finalized with a new kitchen and hurricane windows. We will plan for a grand re-opening once completed! 

    Clubhouse Reserved Dates - Clubhouse Renovation notice

    The clubhouse renovation is scheduled to be completed mid-April 2025. The clubhouse will not be available for use during this time for safety reasons.  If you would like to reserve the clubhouse, the contract is located under the Association Documents Tab. Once you have completed the application, and submitted using the link below, please contact Real One Property Management via email, for approval and next steps at westwood3@realonepm.com.
