All Clubhouse requests should be completed using the online form below, including the signed rental agreement. You may email the rental agreement to: gpmbroward@grantmgmt.com, stephanie@grantmgmt.com and applications@grantmgmt.com or drop it off at the office with the payment. Once you submit using the online form, you can refresh, and should notice the reserved date on the calendar below.
HOW TO RESERVE
- Confirm availability of date utilizing calendar below taking note of the availability rules below.
- Complete & Submit Clubhouse Rental Form and submit using the link below.
- Submit Two Separate Payments to the GPM Office ($400 for the deposit, $250 for the fee). They have an after hours drop box. (Place in an envelope labeled Westwood 3 Clubhouse Rental)
- Once you submit using the online form, you can refresh, and should notice the reserved date on the calendar below.
- Rental payments are due at the time of reservation, and party will not be reserved until that has been completed.
- Deposits are returned 7-10 business days after confirmation that the clubhouse is in good standing post event. Deposits will be collected approximately 30 days prior to the event. (you will receive this back).
- Rental and deposit fees should be made payable to Westwood Community 3.
- Approximately 3 days prior to the event, you will be contacted by the property management company or the board, and be provided an access code.
Note: The clubhouse has cameras that will be utilized for confirming contractual compliance.
AVAILABILITY RULES
- We do not accept back to back parties unless:.
- If there is a Reserved date on Sunday, a Friday or Saturday event is not accepted.
- If there is a Saturday reservation, a Friday reservation is not accepted, Sunday is accepted, if you waive cleaning expectation, as no cleaning service is available.
- If there is a Friday reservation, a Saturday Reservation is not accepted, however Sunday is allowed, waiving cleaning, as no cleaning service is available.
- Submissions are time and date stamped.
